Greetings! We appreciate your interest in becoming a Vendor at this year's festival. This our 5th year, Afrikfest Cultural Day has evolved! We are excited to announce that our official Marketplace partner is Clark County to create a memorable experience on Day 1 – September 22, 2023.
Our anticipated Cultural Exchange Day will be at the beautiful Clark County Government Amphitheater, 500 Grand Central Parkway, Las Vegas, NV.
This year will be BIGGER THAN EVER!
You support a great cause and put your business in front of patrons without breaking your budget by becoming a vendor. Vendor space is open to any business, crafter, artist, food vendors, resource providers, healthcare providers, nonprofit organizations, government entities, etc. It is also available to nonprofit, community, or school organizations.
Vendor spaces will be assigned on a first-come. All vendors will have their booth spaces ID# a week before the event.
Open to all. Vendors will have the opportunity to showcase their products/services at our "Cultural Marketplace" on Friday, September 22, 2023, 5:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. There will be entertainment, a fashion show, African dance, Afrobeat, live musical performance, ethnic food, drums circle, etc.
All Vendors must occupy the space provided as designated by festival organizers. If you desire a particular location or area, don't hesitate to contact 702 649-2000.
All fees must be paid in full for your application to be completed and processed.
All vendors collect sales tax at the current Nevada state sales tax rate. Food vendors are required to have a Temporary Food Establishment Permit. For more information, vendor visits: southernnevadahealthdistrict.org or call Southern Nevada Health District at 702- 759-1110.
